It is a beautiful quilt , your blocks are looking lovely and like the fabrics you have chosen . Have you tried the lemon drink in the book my boys love it will have to make some soon as warmer weather is on the way .
I am visiting your blog from the Vignette one, your first block is gorgeous and you are making great progress with 2 and 3. You have a lovely blog, I really enjoyed visiting, Wendy
No wonder they take a long time. What you consider as 1 block, looks to me like 9 blocks put together. But them I am no quilter, alas. :) Very nicely done, and I'm sure the finished quilt will be even more lovely.
Good on you! Your block(s) look wonderful - so colourful aren't they? I'm looking forward to starting mine - one day.......Happy Stitching, Susie (friend of mine went to Leanne Beasley's stitching day last week and saw the 'original'. She said the Leanne hasn't even designed the centre blocks yet and are apparently due out in Vignette #4!! She has loads of ideas apparently!! Aren't they amazing to be able to whip something like that up so quickly!!! Happy Stitching, Susie
Very Beautiful!

ReplyDeleteIt's going to be beautiful when done. I love the old fashioned feel to it, warm and cozy. I can't wait to see it finished.
ReplyDeleteWow, the stitchery is great & the colours are very beatiful. Greetings, Angelika
