I'm so excited I ordered my Copper Jam Pot from Blue Chair Jam today! I looked all over the web trying to find one cheaper but this is the best buy I found. There is one pan smaller but not much cheaper so I went with this one because it is just the right size for all of her recipes in the book. There are so many jams I would like to get started making. I'm going to try a grapefruit and lemon jam recipe that is in the Blue Chair Jam cookbook that I think my daughter is going to love! And then there is many other recipes that will use the fruit and berries that I planted last summer, just hoping that they all come back after this long and very cold winter.
